You ONLY need to complete the consignment form if you want your horse featured in the monthly auction catalog.
We also accept horses for auction on the day before or day of the event for the open sale.

- $125 catalog fee. (this fee will be taken out of sellers check)
- Complete consignment form for monthly auction catalog feature.
- Submit by catalog cutoff date, 10 days prior to auction.
- IF HORSE IS CONSIGNED AND SOLD BEFORE THE SALE YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE $125 CATALOG AND $300 PULL OUT FEE!!!!
- Missed Catalog Cutoff? No Worries:
- No consignment form needed for open sale.
- Bring horse(s) for open sale the Friday before sale day from 2pm-8pm or sale day starting at 8am.

- Complete the Consignment form below being sure to complete each field with as much information as possible.
- Upload any photos of videos of your horse that you would like to appear on Facebook, in the color catalog and in the auction ring.

- If your horse is registered you are REQUIRED to submit a picture of its papers along with your submission.
