You ONLY need to complete the consignment form if you want your horse featured in the monthly auction catalog. We will accept horses for auction on the day before or day of the event for the open sale.

• Consigning for Catalog
  • Complete consignment form for monthly auction catalog feature.
  • Submit by catalog cutoff date, 8 days prior to auction.
  • Late submissions sold outside catalog.

• Missed Catalog Cutoff? No Worries:
  • No consignment form needed for open sale inclusion.
  • Bring horse on auction day.
  • Monthly auction participation outside catalog.

• Consignment Instructions
  • Complete the Consignment form below being sure to complete each field with as much information as possible. 
  • Upload any photos of videos of your horse that you would like to appear on Facebook, in the color catalog and in the auction ring.
  • If we have any questions or need additional information, we will reach out!

• Selling Registered Horses
  • If your horse is registered you are REQUIRED to submit a picture of its papers along with your submission.
