We check in Friday 2-9pm and again beginning at 8am on sale morning. All catalog horses need to arrive by 10:30am on sale morning. Open sale horses are given their tags as they arrive, so the sooner you arrival the earlier tag number you will receive.
You can call us and pay with a credit card as soon as you win the bid or we will be calling you for payment. All horses bought online have to be paid for the same day (No exceptions). You can pick up the horse Saturday night until midnight or Sunday 10am-1pm. All horses not pickup by 1pm Sunday will be hauled to Midway for a $75 haul fee and $20 per day while waiting on transport.
Good checks, cash and credit/debit cards. Square charges a 3% credit card fee in person and a 4% fee if paying over the phone.
Yes, we have a list of transporters on our website and listed in our monthly catalog.
