• $100 color catalog consignment fee 
• $20 consignment fee (after-catalog horses)
• 10% commission
• No PO Fees
• $300 Early withdrawl or no-show fee (unless vet letter)
• $45 Coggins 
• $25 Barn Rider

• High quality photos and videos
• Good detailed description including:
  • Name
  • Height
• Registration papers (if registered)
• Coggins (Coggins also available via our on-site veterinarian)

Effectively immediately, any horse sold for $3,000 and under is sold AS IS, even if the seller describes the horse as sound.  

Elite Auctions, LLC accepts no liability or responsibility for horses that sell for under $3,000, and the buyer who takes the horse "as is" accepts the horse in the condition it is in, even if the seller claims the horse to be sound and healthy. 

The deadline to be featured in the color catalog is 8 DAYS  prior to the auction date. Check our website for the date each month.

All videos must be submitted the Wednesday before the Saturday auction date.

• Friday 2-9 PM
• Saturday 8 AM

Please remember there is a $300 fee for no-shows or pulling your horse out once entered (unless you have a vet letter stating your horse is hurt).
